Do you charge for delivery?
No. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email sales@extic.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happens. Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
